2. Complete Your Intake Form
We’ll send you a quick form to understand your health history and goals before your session.

3. Attend Your Initial Assessment
A 45–60 minute 1:1 consultation with an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. We’ll assess your needs, answer your questions, and build your personalised plan.
(Medicare rebates available with GP referral under CDMP) -

4. Receive Your Tailored Program with Ongoing Support
You’ll get a customised home exercise plan with clear instructions and optional video support.
Book your follow-up sessions or check-ins to stay on track and adjust your plan as needed.
