  • All you need is:

    • A reliable internet connection

    • A phone, tablet, or computer with a camera

    • Some space to move comfortably at home

  • Simply click “Book Appointment” on our website. This will take you to our secure Halaxy booking portal where you can choose a time that suits you. Or you can simply contact us!

  • Yes. If you have a Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMP) from your GP, Medicare may cover part of your sessions.
    Private health and DVA rebates may also apply depending on your cover. Check with your provider or ask us for help.

  • The first session (45–60 mins) includes:

    • A detailed discussion of your health history and goals

    • Movement screening/testing

    • A personalised home exercise plan

    • Education and next steps for your rehab or fitness journey

  • Yes, you can pause or end sessions at any time. We just ask for 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
